Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and PostPop LLC about your use of Poker Daily. By continuing past the screen that shows them you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.
Licence
Poker Daily is licensed to you, not sold. You may install and play it on devices you own for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute it, or use it to build something that competes with it.
Virtual items and currency
Tokens, unlocks, and other in-game items have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are a limited licence to use a feature of the game. They may be changed or withdrawn when the game changes. Items bought through the App Store or Google Play are refundable only under that store's own rules.
Fair play
Do not cheat, tamper with the game or its saved data, submit scores you did not earn, or use a display name that is offensive or impersonates someone. Leaderboard entries that break this may be removed.
Availability
The game and any online feature may change, pause, or end at any time. Reasonable effort goes into keeping your progress, but the copy on your device is yours to look after, and Cloud Save is provided as a convenience without a guarantee.
No warranty
Poker Daily is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, PostPop LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game beyond what you paid for it in the last twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, and nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
Changes and contact
When these terms change in a way that matters, the game shows the new version before play and asks you to accept it. Questions go to privacy@postpopgames.com.
Tokens, skins, and the daily game
One new game is dealt each day. Tokens buy a rebuy after a bust and are earned by playing, by sharing a result, or bought in packs. Skins are earned by play or bought outright; the full game is a one-time purchase that removes ads and opens every rebuy. Purchases are restored on reinstall through the store you bought from.
